So this is the first Thanksgiving in a looooong time that I did not eat turkey. It wasn't hard to resist. I have been meet free for at least a month now and my mouth did not even water when meat was served at dinner this year. Still working on getting rid of the big three for me though----eggs, milk chocolate and fish. I probably had some fish about twice in the last two weeks though so I am almost done with that one. I need to start to add some exercise to my regimen. I am trying to lead a completely healthy lifestyle and that should include exercising on a regular basis right? I am starting a yoga class next month so that should help to move my spirit in the way I want to move it.
